Sending a notice
Email us with: your contact details; the work or right you believe is infringed; the URL of the content on this site; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them, with your signature. We respond within 3 business days.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, email us a counter-notice with the removed URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, your contact details and consent to jurisdiction. We may restore it after 10 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others' rights.
