Terms of service

What the service is

Can You Make It Cap AI generates short AI videos in the style of the "can you make it cap" meme from photos you upload. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with the creators of the original clip or any show. Videos are AI-generated recreations, not real footage. Five pose images are generated with GPT Image 2, then a video is generated with Seedance 2.0 Fast, accessed through Yir. The service uses a fixed performance template; users do not enter free-form prompts.

Your content

Only upload photos you have the right to use, of adults who agreed to it. Prohibited content includes pornography or sexual/NSFW content; violence or gore; hate speech; child sexual abuse, exploitation or other child-unsafe content; deceptive deepfakes or impersonation; and copyright or trademark infringement. Do not upload photos of minors or public figures, or use the service to harass, deceive or defame anyone. Never present generated videos as real recordings. Permission to upload a portrait does not establish rights to third-party video, music, trademarks or other material. We may remove violating content and close accounts that break these rules.

Reporting and content review

Report unsafe, deceptive, non-consensual or infringing content to support@canyoumakeitcap.com. Include the task ID or result URL, the reason for your report and a way to contact you; do not email sensitive identity documents. We review reports manually and reply within 3 business days. Depending on the findings, we may remove content or close an account. You can request a review of a removal or account decision through the same address. Copyright notices can also follow the process at /dmca.

During this limited preview, upload checks validate file format and size, and video checks validate technical delivery. These checks do not verify consent, copyright or content safety. Automated prompt screening and generated-output content moderation are not yet integrated. Public checkout remains disabled pending payment review and the required safeguards.

Credits and payments

Videos are paid for with credits bought in packs. The price in credits is shown before you generate. Purchased credits do not expire. If a video fails, its credits are returned automatically. See the refund policy at /refunds.

No warranty

AI output varies and is provided as-is, without warranty that it will match your expectations or the original meme. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
