Refund policy

Failed generations

A confirmed failed or timed-out generation returns its credits automatically, once. If a network failure leaves the provider outcome uncertain, the task stays under review until its result is verified. Do not submit it again; contact support with the task ID.

Unused credits

If you haven't used any credits from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Partly used packs are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.

How to ask

Email us from the address on your account with the order date and amount. We reply within 3 business days, and refunds go back to the original payment method.
